Lovingly Handmade
My pottery is lovingly made by hand, not by a machine. As a result, each pot is one-of-a-kind, unique, and special in its own way. Though they vary in shape, size, color, and symmetry, they all meet my personal standard of quality. I’m proud of every piece on this website.
Please note that glaze colors may be a bit different than seen on your computer screen as screen images vary from computer to computer. All of my work is food, dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe. If used in an oven, put in a cold oven then begin to heat with contents.
Painted Designs
When I paint a piece that I have thrown, texture is added. This can cause the surface of the pot to change as the pot is being fired, going through the physical processes of melting, mixing, and solidifying again as it cools. This process can yield spots and divots in the finish. It’s not planned but not unexpected. The finished pot now has its own birthmark, so to speak.
My Blue Pots
The clay I use has specks of minerals in it which gives the finished piece extra speckles that add interest to the final glazed piece. The glossy blue glaze I use often reacts with these specks in the firing and cooling processes, causing small divots or pits to occur. Again, this is not planned but not unexpected. A lovely smooth, blue surface may have a divot or pit here or there. The finished blue pot also has its own birthmark.

Purchasing, Shipping, Pickup, and Returns
Most credit cards are accepted. Your credit card charge will come from SQ *LISA GRAMANN. Prices include NC sales tax.
It's not yours until you buy it!
An item may be in your cart but it is not yours until you complete check out. Another shopper may still buy it. Unfortunately, there is no way to get around this.
Shipping
Shipping is not available on some large pieces. Shipping charges via USPS priority mail are calculated at checkout. We ship to addresses in the continental United States. We do not ship to P. O. boxes. All items will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Currently, shipping charges are $10 per item purchased. If you purchase more than one item, we will consolidate them into one package if possible. If the actual consolidated shipping cost is at least $2 less than the cost charged at checkout, we will refund the difference.
Received Damaged
If your purchase is damaged in shipping, contact the seller immediately via email: [email protected]. Submit photos of the damaged box and product(s) so that the seller can work with the USPS to settle the matter. Since most items are one of a kind, you will receive a refund upon receiving notification with photos.
Pickup
Select Pickup during checkout for pickup purchases in Durham, NC. No shipping charge is applied for the local pickup option. To schedule a pickup, contact the seller via email: [email protected]. Pickups must be scheduled at least 1 business day in advance.
Refunds and Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it at your expense within 7 days of receiving it in the same packing material and box that was used to send it. You must contact the seller (email: [email protected]) to receive a return authorization prior to returning an item. Once the seller receives the item undamaged, a refund will be issued. Refunds can take 9-14 business days due to Square's process.
